About me
A clinician trained in the science of change
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have extensive experience providing evidence-based interventions for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. My area of expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches, which enable individuals to increase self-awareness and reframe negative thought patterns. With my guidance, you can learn to confront and cope with challenging life circumstances as they arise.
Background
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brown University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Duke University.
